Kinematics Appoints Jenn Cangelosi as Chief Revenue Officer
Executive appointment strengthens Kinematics’ global growth strategy
Phoenix, AZ – April 17, 2026 — Kinematics, a leading provider of critical motion control systems that optimize, simplify, and secure energy production with leading bankability, today announced the promotion of Jenn Cangelosi to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective March 2026.
In her new role, Cangelosi will have full responsibility for Kinematics’ global revenue engine, including sales, marketing, go-to-market execution, pipeline and forecasting, and customer growth, as the company continues to scale. This structure further strengthens Kinematics’ ability to provide customers with a more unified, responsive commercial experience—from early engagement through long-term support—across all regions and product lines.
Cangelosi joined Kinematics over a decade ago, initially focused on expanding the company’s industrial sales business. She was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team in 2021 and has since played a key role in strengthening Kinematics’ revenue performance, market presence, and brand. Following the acquisition of P4Q, she has helped build and lead the company’s global sales and business development efforts, supporting the creation of an integrated growth organization. As CRO, Cangelosi will help accelerate Kinematics’ expansion across global solar, repower, and industrial markets.
